Discovering Digital Photography for KIDS + TEENS

Your kids are creative, smart, and curious - they can be ANYTHING they want to be

And at Photo Camp, they become PHOTOGRAPHERS.

Over the course of one week, your student can get their hands busy, learn valuable STEAM skills (and care handling DSLRs), and feel empowered to trust their creativity.

Kids photo camp happens twice every summer.

*Location is close to Chapman Elementary-precise location available after registration or via email request for safety purposes.

Shooting in manual mode, mastering the exposure triangle, lighting, composition & color theory, camera care…and everything else one needs to know to get started in digital photography.

About The Instructor, REBECCA

Rebecca is a children + family photographer, specializing in colorful lifestyle photography, modern school portraits, + capturing the adventures of childhood.

Rebecca lived all over the US while growing up, from Seattle to Charlotte, to Michigan… with a previous career as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She also lived overseas in South Korea + Taiwan before moving to Portland in 2019.

Teaching techniques of composition + color is Rebecca’s passion. She loves exploring urban locations in PDX with her children, + is always on the lookout for new ways to document their adventures.
